Excellent service when my lab Sunny had a mast cell tumour. No forms to fill in. I just spoke to a really helpful gentleman over the phone and from then on Many Pets dealt directly with my vet. We have renewed our policy with Many Pets because we found them to be very professional and helpful especially when our puppy became seriously unwell. Easy & straightforward service

I unfortunately had to put a claim through ManyPets recently for my dog and couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. The information supplied by the customer service team was10/10 too and settled my mind when putting in a claim. Ive had nightmare experiences before using other insurance company and ManyPets is night and day in comparison. Would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
