Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy & straightforward service

I unfortunately had to put a claim through ManyPets recently for my dog and couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. The information supplied by the customer service team was10/10 too and settled my mind when putting in a claim. Ive had nightmare experiences before using other insurance company and ManyPets is night and day in comparison. Would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
