Superb insurance with friendly customer service

Our 2 cats and dog have been inspired with many pat's for 2 years now. We have made claims for our dog and Many Pets has always been really helpful in guiding us through the claiming process. I love how simple the claiming submission process is and how quick we can check the assessment stages. Excellent service, the call takers are always patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Calls are answered relatively quickly, claims are handled quickly, I have had a payout on the same day as I put the claim in!
