Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great Insurance.

ManyPets has been great for us as first time pet owners. We have really benefited from the advice available on owning our pet and found the benefit of 24/7 vet advice really useful and convenient as our new pet settles in to our home. We were recommended ManyPets by a family member who also had a great experience and because of this, both myself and my brother got amazon gift cards because of the referral, which is a great incentive. Swift service with sensitivity

One of the better companies for cover

Have not had to deal with ManyPets customer service but I do find the prices of cover to be very high. Unfortunately you end up stuck with providers due to pre existing conditions. I had a good experience once with dealing with FirstVet which is a great feature. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

I signed up once I had my puppy.

I signed up once I had my puppy. Easy to do with no problems at all. Exceptional value for money, easy to read policy, and brilliant customer service, very polite and explanations to your understanding. Couldn't do more for us mums of pets. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
