We have used many pets now for nearly two years. Within that time they have paid out around £20,000 for our boy. Each time we have claimed the process has been straight forward, efficient and dealt with by compassionate and understanding individuals. Our ex working springer ate something she shouldn't have. The vets delt with it immediately. We couldn't believe that within 5 hours of placing our claim it was settled by this amazing company.
