Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No fuss efficiency

Reliable, compassionate, efficient

We have used many pets now for nearly two years. Within that time they have paid out around £20,000 for our boy. Each time we have claimed the process has been straight forward, efficient and dealt with by compassionate and understanding individuals. Efficient, caring and supportive

Our ex working springer ate something she shouldn't have. The vets delt with it immediately. We couldn't believe that within 5 hours of placing our claim it was settled by this amazing company.
