Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best Pet Insurance

It is always a worry when you have to head to the vet however since we have had our dog I have had peace of mind that all her medical costs are covered. Unfortunately we have had to make more trips to the vet than anticipated but every time her bills have been paid, no quibble or interrogation into why she had to have said treatment. They really are not like other insurance companies that spend all their time trying to find loopholes to get out of paying. I can’t recommend them enough and have already done to others. Amazing pain free service

I’ve 3 cats with bbm 2 of which have had big claims one for an rta and one for a virus they paid out on both / one after an appeal - and made the process simple - I recommend them to anyone asking about insurance as their prices are great too Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
