I had a terrible experience with my poor cat, when it came to claims I felt it was quick and very simple, I was well looked after and customer service is amazing. Many Pets have been amazing with the paying out of a serious claim in the first year of my Dog Rockos life. This period was very stressful and it took the load off knowing I didn't have to worry financially. Every time I've called up to clarify information, whether for a quote or claim, I've got through quickly to a UK call centre and staff have been friendly and knowledgeable.
