I was bold over with the help I received…. I was desperate….. The wonderful advisor helped with compassion and understanding! Apparently a very rare commodity theses days…..Such a relief. An excellent insurance provider. Very easy to make a claim and always kept up to date with the progress of your claim. The £15,000 limit has been invaluable to me this year, as my dog has had to have various expensive treatments and an operation for a new condition and I have not had to worry about financing it myself. Many Pets provides an exceptional customer experience with an easy to use app plus fantastic benefits. We have had our four legged friend for 18 months and I was recommended to use Many Pets. From joining to then making subsequent claims (both kitkats and bubble gum are not a dog’s best friend!) we have found their service both friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Their advisors are extremely supportive when you pose questions and quick to respond. The claim process is slick and informative. The added benefit of being able to speak to an online vet is a bonus and ‘sold’ us to choose them as our insurer. Being able to ask for help 24/7 is so important and having their support along the way provides peace of mind. We would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
