Excellent claims process but has become very expensive

Excellent at first - especially online claims processing is very easy. Still very good generally however have slowed how quickly they pay out in recent months. Premiums have also gone up by a crazy amount and made it unaffordable to insure all 3 dogs so had to drop the eldest who then became very ill. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

We have been with Many Pets since we got Rosie. We have only had to make one claim which was dealt with very quickly, same day, and efficiently. We have also had the benefit of money back for no claims. All in all a good experience. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
