Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

WILL ALWAYS FEEL SAFE FOR YOUR LOVED PETS

I only joined this year and after months of searching, this was recommended by my daughterinlaw a vertinary nurse who waas able to see how other insurance companies fared. this was highly recommended, thanks goodness. Within a few months i needed to claim after a sudden serious infection. It was dealt with efficiently and reassuringly. If you want to feel safe and secure for your loved pet, choose Many Pets. Everything you need

Many pets is really user friendly. So straight forward to navigate and claim. Payout rate is really good, I've never had any issues once they had my dogs previous vet sign off. Now they pay out so quick! Couldn't be happier Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Outstanding customer service and value for money

Further to the recent loss of a pet our claim was handled almost instantaneously. Our joint pet insurance plan was also immediately changed to single cover without me needing to ask or chase. That’s what customer service should be! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Good to start with.

Good to start with however since changing to Many Pets, there has been a lack of responses to emails and lengthy times for settlement to claims. Renewal quote has also increased by a third so will be giving the matter a lot of thought when it comes to renewal this year. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best for pet insurance
