Online claim application so easy to complete. Was keep up to date by email and text. Claim settled really quickly. Also spoke to customer service, very helpful. Vet first service that is provided for advice really good Reviewed on: 21st September 2021

There when you need them most

When my dog was taken ill and sadly we lost her, we didn’t have to worry about sorting out Bills or arranging anything it was all sorted. Communication is excellent and the staff are so helpful and we’re genuinely sorry for our loss. I won’t go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 20th September 2021

They have our back!

We had a really difficult year with our little dog who was unfortunate enough to require 2 operations within a short time of each other. This was stressful enough, without worrying about whether we would be covered by our pet insurance. Bought by Many made the process very straight forward, meaning they directly paid the vet, and meaning we could focus on the recovery of our little boy without financial worries. This was the case on both occasions, and we feel fortunate to have gone with a company who have been so helpful at a difficult time. Reviewed on: 20th September 2021

Money back when I didn't need to claim, but when I did have to claim so straight forward and easy. Was warned they were very busy it might take few weeks, claim was verified by my vet and in my bank by tea time same day. Reviewed on: 20th September 2021

Bought By Many is by far the best provider of insurance for pets. Whenever we have had any issues with our dog we have always relied on bought by many to help us out. They provide a quick and efficient service and it takes the worry out of a visit to the vet. I can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 19th September 2021
