Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great cover at a great price

Bought by Many offer the best level of cover, not just in monetary terms, but with free vet video calling too. Renewals are fairly priced, and mine actually went down in year two despite having claimed. The claims process is easy and quick. Superb insurance with pets and guardians at its core.
