Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best Quality Insurance

I have unfortunately had to claim for my young dog due to issues with his bladder. BBM took the stress out what was an already upsetting situation by responding to my initial query and paying out for scans and specialist consultation. We still have annual scans and they pay my claim with no issues direct to my vets. Couldn’t recommended high enough. A great insurance company. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Non nonsence, Customer focussed.

We have had two occasions to claim for treatments to our dogs. On both occasions the claim was processed quickly and with minimum of fuss. We were kept informed of the claims progress, including when our vet had not responded so that we could chase things up at our end. I could not recommend more highly. The best pet insurers ever.

We have always had dogs and insurance, we've been with Tescos, pet plan but for our 2 labs we went with bought by many, they are the best by far, they are compassionate, so helpful and easy to talk to, we lost one lab a couple of years ago and our old boy is now 13. I would not hesitate to encourage pet owners to insure their fur babies with bought by many.. One word exemplary. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Fabulous Pet Insurer and easy to use!

My experience with this company has been exemplary. When my dog needed an MRI scan and treatment, which costed quite a lot of money, there was no issue in making the claim and then receiving payment. .I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to take out pet insurance. Great service, great price and great cover

With 4 cats, my insurance premiums can be colossal. But Bought By Many gave me a very fair price with excellent whole life cover, and the added benefit of money back when I make no claims per cat each year.
