Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Worry free cover and claims

Having had the unfortunate experience of having to make a claim for medical attention to our lovely little Rottie, I was amazed at how easy the process was. A short questionnaire followed by the vet sending off the appropriate paperwork and in a very short time the claim was settled. Super value and fantastic systems and service. Great pet Insurance

Have been with BBM since our Boxer was a pup, She has had quite a few problems over her 5 years on this mortal coil. BBM has alway been there for her and us to help with the payment of vets bills, and hydrotherapy. Making a claim is always so easy, the staff always helpful and claims settled quickly. the price is also very competitive.
