Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great insurance and great customer service

I used that insurance for my first dog which passed away. Customer service was brilliant during that hard period. Still keeping a card with condolences. Helped also with a funeral. I back to this company after a new puppy arrived to home. I think price is absolutely great for service and I never had trouble with vet bills . I really recommend that company to everyone. Absolutely amazing

Such a great company to have pet insurance with. Everything is so straight forward with, you fill in the claim form, you get a reply straight away they have received it and then they keep you informed on how its going or if we have missed something they will contact us straight away for what they to help sort the claim out quicker. Best insurance ever

Highly recommend. The monthly repayments are affordable while they cover so much. I noticed with other companies when doing quotes that you don’t get as much vet expenses a year like these do and they don’t cover half the stuff brought by many do.you have to add extra if you want it with other companies. Brought by many small print is fantastic, there’s no hidden fees. I haven’t needed to claim yet but over 100 people on the. Dog page I am on told me to go with brought by many as they pay out straight away and there’s no hassle with them. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
