Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Highly recommend

Fast and efficeint service

Late one evening we were concerned about our dog who was shaking violently. We called Many Pets and a vet called us back on Facetime so that she could look at him and gave advice. It was all very quick and efficient and put our minds at ease Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Never had an issue with many pets, were recommended highly to me after a friend's dog had an accident before we got Chester because he said how easy they were to work with, and how swiftly they dealt with any issues, we have fortunately never had to use our insurance but I am happy knowing we're in safe hands should we ever have to do so, and that is why I recommend ManyPets to absolutely everyone that ever asks me. Pet owners can easily submit claims online or through the app, with many reports of quick reimbursements, often within just a few days. Only one drawback

Main drawback is not having an arrangeemnt with our vet as PetPlan have. This makes a claim more complicated. Ideally ManyPets needs to get this sorted. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
