Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Inclusive of previous problems

ManyPets is highly regarded for its fast and straightforward claims process. Pet owners can easily submit claims online or through the app, with many reports of quick reimbursements, often within just a few days. Only one drawback

Main drawback is not having an arrangeemnt with our vet as PetPlan have. This makes a claim more complicated. Ideally ManyPets needs to get this sorted. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
