Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Consistent, simple, quick!

My dog developed a condition which is life long now, so I will be relying on the insurance cover I have! The medication is not cheap and all the claims I have submitted have been processed within a week max with no issues at all. It’s a simple and easy process. One time I did have to contact via telephone, I got through to somebody within minutes who was lovely and helpful and solved my question. 10/10 on all my experiences so far! The 24/7 vet call is a brilliant feature and I am happy with the service I have received. When I used the vet call they were excellent and very informative. You could chose a time to suit you and they were extremely professional. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
