Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great cover and care

I’ve been using ManyPets insurance for my two cats, William and George, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The coverage is comprehensive and really customizable, which was perfect for meeting their individual needs. William is more adventurous, while George is a bit older and needs regular check-ups, and I’ve been able to find plans that suit both. The claim process is incredibly easy and fast, which has saved me a lot of stress during vet visits. The pricing is reasonable for what they offer, and it’s a relief to know that if anything happens, from routine care to unexpected illness, William and George are fully covered. Paid my claim within 5 hours of me submitting it!

One of my cats has recently been poorly and required several trips to the vets. My first vet bill was £1,000, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be reimbursed. You hear stories all the time about insurers making excuses not to pay out! But this wasn’t the case with ManyPets. It was such an easy and speedy process which I was SO relieved about! I had to make another claim the other day, and they paid the money into my bank account within 5 hours, which I couldn’t quite believe! Will be sticking with ManyPets for life.
