Love how easy it is for claims, adding a pet and the customer service is great. They sent us a lovely card when our doggy has to get put to sleep which was a nice touch and really made us feel like we were more than just a customer. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I recently purchased this insurance and I'm so grateful that I did. I had to use the 24 hour video vet call quite soon after and this service is worth every penny. I was able to speak to a vet within 10 minutes of making an enquiry and it most definitely saved me an unnecessary expensive trip to the vets.
