I've been around the block with Insurers but BBM far outweigh any of the rest. Lifetime policies as standard. Complementary 24/7 Virtual Veterinary assistance. Very responsive claims process. Customer service is outstanding. Caring and empathetic. Insurance premium is competitive. I simply love BBM. Wish I could give 7 stars to demonstrate the elite service! I got my dog first aid through bought by meny as they put in a draw. Which i thought was brilliant. If you don't claim on your insurance you get money back, thought this was excellent idea. I think bought by many or really good. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
