Quick vet advice on the other end of a video call

I recently signed up with Bought By Many. Not long after my cat had some illness symptoms that I was concerned about and it was a Friday evening so I was worried that I would not be able to see a vet until the following week. With my insurance I get 24/7 video calls with a vet and so within half an hour I had had a call with a vet who had put my mind at ease. What an amazing service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Excellent customer service, affordable , relaible pet insurance.

I have 2 of my cats insured with bought by many for the last few years. My mum also has 4 pets insured. We have made a few claims recently for 2 of our pets and the process was smooth and speedy. No claim forms to fill in, the company were quick to respond when we advised them of a claim. The waiting time for our claim to be submitted and completed was also to satisfaction. Quick, easy, responsive and honest

I have had to contact Bought by Many a fair few times in regards to ongoing claims for my cat that has had to undergo treatment and operations. They have been nothing but helpful and responsive and payments have been made direct to my vets without having to go through us. When we have had to put claims through payments were made within 3 weeks. sIMPLE ONLINE CLAIM PROCEDURE - FAST AND EFFICIENT RESPONSE. i HAVE ELREADY RECOMMENDED bOUGHT BY mANY TO MY DOG OWNING FRIENDS
