Cant recommend enough!!!!

I was only with bought by many for a couple of months when my Akita had to have life changing surgery. I was able to give my details to the vets and they liaised with the insurance company on my behalf. When I did phone to query something all staff were so helpful. It made the whole experience less stressful and felt comforting to know I was in safe hands both for my dog and for the few! I have recommended to every pet owner since. Pleasant and informed guy at the call centre who answered all my questions about the policy clearly. Haven't had to use the policy yet, (and hopefully I won't) but I know from people who have, that it seems to be an easy and fair process. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
