Excellent customer service, affordable , relaible pet insurance.

I have 2 of my cats insured with bought by many for the last few years. My mum also has 4 pets insured. We have made a few claims recently for 2 of our pets and the process was smooth and speedy. No claim forms to fill in, the company were quick to respond when we advised them of a claim. The waiting time for our claim to be submitted and completed was also to satisfaction. I have had to contact Bought by Many a fair few times in regards to ongoing claims for my cat that has had to undergo treatment and operations. They have been nothing but helpful and responsive and payments have been made direct to my vets without having to go through us. When we have had to put claims through payments were made within 3 weeks. My spaniel puppy recently had to receive emergency treatment on a Sunday afternoon. Bought by Many dealt with my claim immediately after I sent ehm the invoice. The money was paid into my bank within a couple of weeks. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Very simple to sign up and very reasonable prices. I changed my dog’s insurance from another well known company and got him and my new pup insured with an equal value policy for only a few pounds more for the two. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
