All of our 6 dogs are insured by BBM our little Chihuahua was diagnosed with a brain infection and needed immediate attention at a specialised vet think the on going expensive treatment lasted 10 weeks BBM were excellent the last thing we wanted then was problems BBM dealings with both us and the vets were worry free and took a lot of pressure off us for which we were very thankful Unfortunately our little Millie never made it Again BBM were very helpful and sympathetic to our loss, in difficult times with the virus situation with less staff working or working from home Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

My 7 year old German Shepherd sadly needed TPLO surgery following a cruciat ligament injury. The surgery was carried out and a claim made and I was amazed and delighted when the claim was paid out in full and very quickly. This had not always been the case with previous insurers in the past. Excellent customer service experience. Very easy claim process and helpful and knowledgeable customer service advisors on the phone. Despite the claim my policy premium did not increase on renewal. Can not fault bought by many and highly recommend to any pet owner. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Brilliant service

I have a 6 month old puppy and from 3-4 months old he has been very ill and required majorly surgery. The expense was extremely high and BBM made the whole process less stressful, they kept me updated by text and email, and they dealt direct with the vets. I've had an accident with my cat. Followed the guidance of the person in charge at the insurance company, sent all the necessary papers to him, received a decision the day after and money arrived in my account in 1 day. Had two recent claims for my Golden Retriever. First claim only took 2 weeks and second claim only took 5 days for the claim to be cleared and money into my bank account - astounding!! Also this was in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis. Submitting a claim could not be quicker or simpler, all done online in a few minutes. First class service!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
