I’ve told my friends and family and anyone with a new pet about BB. They are professional, helpful and very reassuring. Most importantly they deal with claims promptly and my annual policy has had a nominal increase - less than £1. My puppy had an unfortunate start and we needed veterinary care twice. BB were very helpful and even communicated with my vet over a direct claim. Honestly so much better than I thought an insurer could be. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I recently purchased pet policy with bought by many,was very competitive price,gave lots of options to suit every pocket,very easy to understand what you are purchasing online and they have a Q&A section which answers your queries instantly. We've got two cats. One is particularly accident prone and we've found Bought by Many a dream to work with. From submitting the claims to getting paid quickly. It's been a breeze. Plus. When i have claimed in the past they are very efficient with the claim and have never had any bother whatsoever any bother whatsoever ,Excellent service
