First Class insurance cover for pets

I have had dogs for over 30 years. This is by far the best insurance company to cover your pet. The choice of policies is excellent and everything is clear to understand. There is none of the ridiculous small print and they don't need to suck people in with silly advertising! I will without reservation recommend Bought by Many. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Best pet insurance I’ve had. Quick to reply when I have a query and lots of perks (like free video vet appointments with FirstVet and free dog first aid course). I haven’t had to make a claim yet in the few years I’ve been with them (touch wood I never do!) so I can’t comment on that but submitting a claim looks fairly straightforward! No hassle insurance

The online portal, submission claim and checking process makes things much simpler. Never had any issue with claims, when I do need to call it is answered quickly and staff are very helpful. Prices are very good also. I’ve had a lot of different insurers for pets over many years, these are the best by far Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I have needed to contact Bought By May several times. I have a cat that fights and needs treatment for abscesses! One of my cats (George) died and the treatment and understanding was something that I did not expect from a Pet insurer. As soon as I notified them that my cat had died they told me 'to leave everything to them'. I even received a Condolence card!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
