In the midst of COVID lockdown, I was easily able to get help, advice and support from the team, for my new puppy insurance. I went on to cancel my other pet's insurance as the company I had been with were uncontactable and I had a nightware even trying to cancel my policy. The switch to Bought By Many was smooth and easy. When your pet falls ill you worry emmensley . This is the first time this year we had to claim. The claim process was so straightforward, the staff showed empathy on the phone . Bought By Many have a very user friendly website, lots of options for the level of cover, competitive prices, and great customer service. A great extra touch when you have a policy with them is the free use of FirstVet. This came in handy for me when my dog was unwell and I got a free video call with a qualified vet, who looked at my dog and assessed him, she was spot on with telling me he should be fine within a few days and saved me £30 for a consultation at my vet! Highly recommend Bought by Many

We got a puppy back in May, when we took her to the vet for her second vaccine we discovered she had parasitic infection (Giardiasis). Bought by Many were brilliant, kept us up to date at all times with what was going on with her claim. We had to claim twice with this infection. Thank you Bought by Many for everything.
