Quick, easy, compassionate and professional. I've got a lot of experience with pet insurance companies over the last 20 years and Bought By Many is by far and away the best in every aspect. Excellent choice of comprehensive cover, reasonable premiums which don't escalate insanely upon renewal whether you've made a claim or not. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In the search 2.5 years ago for Insurance for our Cocker Spaniel, Bought by Many came top of all the searches that we completed for Pet Insurance. Claiming when we have needed to has been exceptionally easy. Then adding an additional pet was absolutely painless, it took 10 minutes.
