No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. I would recommend anyone to try them, I am sure they will be plesantly surprised. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Cannot Fault

I have been unfortunate that my dog has a bad skin condition relying on monthly courses of tablets. BBM have been absolutely brilliant dealing with the claims in a timely fashion and keep you updated all the way via text and emails. Best Insurer Ever

Perfect Customer Service

I have (unfortunately) had to put several big claims in for my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, and I have received nothing but excellent customer service. With all that she went through, it was quite an emotional and stressful time, and I couldn't be more thankful for how Bought By many handled my claims. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fantastic service

I had to make a claim last year and couldn't fault the seamless, rapid resolution of my claim. The customer service is second to none and I was grateful to speak to someone friendly who made the entire process easy. I didn't need to fill out any forms and my vet was paid direct. My premium has remained the same and I have total confidence in the company. I have regular emails with interesting and essential information and also appreciate the free canine first aid course they organised which I've been doing online.
