Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Fantastic customer service and great price

really good customer service, nothing is too much. The price of plans is great and what you get included. On my plan i have 24/7 video consultations to speak to a vet and that was great and best of all it was free. Couldnt recommend more Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

The best cover at the best price we could get

Touch wood, we've not had to use our Bought By Many pet insurance yet but we have two dachshunds who we love so much and it gives reassurance to know we have the best possible cover for them at an affordable price. Here's hoping we never have to use it. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Insurance made simple

I have now been with Bought By Many for over a year having just renewed my policy. I like that the cover is very well explained and gives different options for each level of cover. The price in comparison to other insurance companies is great. At the end of the day you want to be able to look after your pet should the worse happen but don't want it to cost your salary in order to do it. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fantastic, friendly and empathetic customer services.

We have recently had to make claims for our 2 dogs, so were are well placed to be able to comment on how good 'Bough by Many' are. The service just couldn't have been better, from our initial contact to register the claim all the way through to settlement - the process couldn't have been more straight forward & at a monthly premium that is both affordable and very competitive. Fantastic service and incredible value

It’s often hard to make recommendations to people on how to look after their pets, given the deep personal attachments people make with them. You wouldn’t want to feel responsible if your advice was wrong! But with bought by many that is never a concern, which is why I recommend them to anyone who will listen, and a few who wont! But for me it’s just sensible, if you place your pets health in the hands of this company then it’s one of the best things you could do for your furry friends. They offer the most comprehensive policies. And at great prices too! Not to mention how easy they make everything, from quotes to claims, and they pay you or your vet promptly too. Their website is fantastic, and their policies are clear and easy to read. Sadly I’ve had a lot of medical issues with my dog, which has been a cause of considerable distress. But the peace of mind that comes from having insurance with bought by many has definitely eased the burden. Choosing them as my insurance provider has been hands down the best decision I ever made for my pet, and I wouldn’t have to think twice about doing it again. I wish everyone used them, so that every animal could be looked after as well as my dog is. Bought by many gets a 10/10 from me. I cannot express how much respect and gratitude I have for this company.
