Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very happy paw-rents!

Great to have access to First Vet for when our dog has issues out of hours, ManyPets were also very helpful with our last renewal and helped bring down the cost so that we could keep our cover. Overall solid service

Claim quickly sorted - no quibble

Best pet insurance I’ve been with, they have a 24/7 vet appointments included with your plan and it was fantastic! We spoke to someone instantly. Good customer service and prices

Great when I've needed to contact them, insurance is clear on what it provides. Good levels of cover provided. I went for the cover that you get some money back if you don't claim that year. There was an error with the messages regarding claiming but the customer service was excellent. Thankfully haven't needed to claim for my dog but I have heard good reviews from friends and family.
