Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great cover

Helpful and easy!

ManyPets has a user friendly website which means you can make your updates to your plan on the site and don’t have to call up and wait for a quick change to be made. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

Unfair annual premium increases

The premium goes up every year by a large amount even without making a claim. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024

Very happy paw-rents!

Great to have access to First Vet for when our dog has issues out of hours, ManyPets were also very helpful with our last renewal and helped bring down the cost so that we could keep our cover. Always emailing with offers and competitions too, as well as helpful advice! Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024

Overall solid service
