THE BEST PET PROTECTION

HAD ONLY TAKEN OUT THE INSURANCE 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO ONE OF MY CATS BECOMING QUITE UNWELL, THE BILL WAS £800 AND I WAS EXPECTING SOME RESISTANCE REGARDING PAYMENT, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT AND I WAS PAID BACK IN FULL WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, VERY SIMPLE PROCESS, BEST COMPANY IVE BEEN WITH AND NO EXCESS FEES EITHER, HAVE RECOMMENDED TO ALL MY FELINE LOVING FRIENDS Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I have had nothing but positive experiences since signing my two dogs up to BBM insurance. The process is the simplest I have experienced and even during COVID they have dealt with my claims quickly. My dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia as a 6 month old puppy. Since then Bought by Many have supported me financially with the various vet trips and hydrotherapy treatments. She is now recovering from a total hip replacement which I have found very traumatic and would have been even worse if I had to worry how I was going to pay for it.
