THE BEST PET PROTECTION

HAD ONLY TAKEN OUT THE INSURANCE 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO ONE OF MY CATS BECOMING QUITE UNWELL, THE BILL WAS £800 AND I WAS EXPECTING SOME RESISTANCE REGARDING PAYMENT, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT AND I WAS PAID BACK IN FULL WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, VERY SIMPLE PROCESS, BEST COMPANY IVE BEEN WITH AND NO EXCESS FEES EITHER, HAVE RECOMMENDED TO ALL MY FELINE LOVING FRIENDS Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

The best insurer I have dealt with by far.

I have had nothing but positive experiences since signing my two dogs up to BBM insurance. The process is the simplest I have experienced and even during COVID they have dealt with my claims quickly. Does what it says on the tin! Great service, great price.

My dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia as a 6 month old puppy. Since then Bought by Many have supported me financially with the various vet trips and hydrotherapy treatments. She is now recovering from a total hip replacement which I have found very traumatic and would have been even worse if I had to worry how I was going to pay for it. Refreshing approach to pet insurance.

I became very tired with the poor customer service from my previous pet insurer, as well as yearly premium increases which became unjustifiable. I changed insurer to Bought By Many and was instantly happy with my choice of insurer and the premium I pay, I have not looked back. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Totally recommend BBM

I have just taken out pet insurance for 4 cats. As I needed different cover for one cat as she is older, I called BBM and had a truly pleasant customer service experience and signed up. I had been swayed to get quotes from BBM as I had read previous reviews from other happy customers who have the unfortunate experience of having to claim for their pet. Overall what has been offered at a decent monthly premium is what I wanted and that any future transactions will be met with their second to non service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
