I found it very easy to arrange cover for my pet through Bought By Many. I particularly liked their information finding process which created a story about your pet. Very easy to get a quote and enhanced cover provided compared to many competitors. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

We had to make a claim when our pup was very young - the claim process was so easy and fast with no quibbles or fuss. When the time to renew the policy came they reduced our premium even though we had made a claim. Thoroughly recommend Bought by Many. Honest and sensible insurers. I found the right cat insurance that ticked all the right boxes and at an affordable price, making sure my little furry family member was covered in every aspect, leaving me worry free. Great service, quick action

My cat needed to go to the emergency vets which was a large unexpected bill. I submitted my claim online to Bought by many and got a notification that it may take 3 to 5 weeks to review. In the end it only took 3 days for the claim to get claim approved and the money was in my account the next week. Great service and would definitely recommend to friends and family. A great experience all round!

The premiums are lower than our previous insurance and also had zero deductible. When we had a claim, the process was easy and we were able to follow progress.
