I went with Bought by Many, when I got my kitten Lizzy, it gives you peace of mind, knowing that if there is a problem, you have it covered, when your pet is ill, quick an easy to get cover with them, they update you on your payments and any changes to your policy. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great range of policies Which are responsibly priced. Quick and Easy to make a claim, they deal directly with your vets and take all the stress out of making a claim so you can concentrate on your pet. Customer services are friendly and helpful. Cannot fault, couldn't ask for a better company

I have 2 pets insured with BBM on the life time policy. I have had to claim twice, once for an injury to the eye and once for an upset tummy. The claims process was easy and I had payment back in my bank within 4 days! Easy to register with reasonable monthly premiums! As a vet nurse I cannot find any faults! I am really happy with this company, although we have yet to make a claim. The premiums are reasonable and the cover appears to be one of the better ones. I love the Ask the vet app, which gives you access to a face time call with a vet 24/7. For a nervous puppy mum this has been a life saver and avoided several trips to the vet which would have been difficult or near impossible during the lock down period. I’ve been with Bought by Many three years now and find them excellent to deal with . Good at communicating during my claim and no problems getting vet bill paid . Renewal price is always reasonable despite claims and the way it is calculated is well explained and transparent. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
