Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Excellent service

Very happy with the cover. After extensive research I found this to be the best cover for my dogs. More expensive but you get what you pay for. Claimed twice with them and had no problems. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

5 Star

I have yet to claim for my cat, touch wood, however when my kitten passed away and I needed to cancel his insurance, they made the process very quick and easy during a difficult time and were very sympathetic and sincere. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Excellent!

Changed to Bought By Many last October and they've been great! Really easy online form to complete and lots of options for different levels of insurance depending what you can afford. As a customer you also have the option of contacting FirstVet free of charge as many times as you like. Start price very competitive
