You will not find better

Over the years I’ve employed numerous pet insurance companies for my various pets, they’ve either been over priced for the cover offered or not enough cover which was found out too late. I stumbled across bought by many by pure accident & thought I’d give them a whirl for a quote for my pugs. For the amazing cover the price was so reasonable so snapped up the offer - almost expecting an email with the ‘small print’ only it never came. When I bought two more dogs of which I paid a substantial amount of money for I thought this was where they’d have me, only to say I was impressed just doesn’t even come close. After a period of time an emergency arose that I needed to claim, I didn’t know whether or not I’d be covered - although in my paperwork it states I was but you just don’t really know. Sat at the vets having rushed one of my girls in potentially looking at loosing her I went online & submitted the claim which took minutes. After an hour in surgery I finally relaxed knowing she was safe, now my only worry was whether the insurance would indeed hold up to their contract & cover. Well I could’ve passed out with shock! 7 calendar days to the day I received an email & text to say it had been accepted and they would pay the vet directly. I have never been so impressed, it relieves so much stress knowing they are professional yet personal and also do what they do exceptionally well. my pup is insured by Bought by Many, Great value and extensive range of cover, My 2 labs were/are insured by pet p;an which is more expensive and offered very limited cover for hydrotherapy. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great Cover, No Quibble

I'm now in my third year with Bought by Many and have found them to be fast and efficient in reviewing and paying claims. They are particularly good at keeping me updated with claims progress. Althought they're not the cheapest, their cover is second to none. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

THE ONLY PET INSURANCE ANY PET OWNER SHOULD HAVE

These are by far the BEST pet insurance company you could ever wish for. I have recommended these to so many people...…………..friends, family and generally anyone who will listen. I've heard of so many horror stories from other people about other pet insurers where certain illnesses/ailments are not covered or they are until your beloved pet falls fail to one and then the following year they either won't cover it or raise the premium so high you need an extra mortgage to pay for it. I have a lifetime policy with Bought By Many where the monthly premium will never increase regardless of what treatments my bullies will need. There is a maximum lifetime amount per dog but to be honest the threshold is so high I hope there will never be a need for this to be exceeded. All of my dealings with Bought By Many in receiving reimbursements for claims have been very easy, quick and efficient and I have never had to quibble with the compensation due to me. They always keep me up to date on the status of my claim and any delay has generally been down to the vets but once Bought By Many had the information they needed they reimbursed me straight away, I think the longest I've had to wait is 4 weeks and as I said this was due to poor administration from the vet. Don't get me wrong, on paper the monthly payments may seem a lot higher than other insurers but people need to realise that you get what you pay for, yes I could insure my two bullies for a fraction of what Bought By Many cost however the cover would not be anywhere near as rock solid as it is with Bought By Many. I live with the confidence that God Forbid anything should happen to either of my dogs Bought By Many will cover the cost of the treatment and I will NEVER have to make a decision between my pets life or money. I really cannot express just how important having the right insurance for your pet is and I believe this is the ONLY insurance anyone with a pet should have. Pet insurance from anywhere else is not worth the paper it is written on! Well Done Bought By Many, I am so glad I am insured with them for my dogs sake and lives. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
