Needed to claim for emergency treatment for our German Shepherd after she ate our older dogs heart medication. Easy to arrange. Value for money. Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim so cannot comment on that. Have 3 dogs so was able to get good cover at an affordable price. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

When we needed to use our insurance, it was simple to make a claim and payment was forthcoming soon after this despite being in lockdown. The FirstVet service provided as part of the insurance was amazing when we were desperate for help during lockdown. Im very happy with BBM pet insuarance becouse of how easy, fast and efficient it is. I put my claim and thought will be waiting ages, and will have to chase it as always. But it was not the case, I love how BBM update me wirh all details and claim process by text and email. Week later my claim was processed . Very easy, simple to apply, no complications.
