When we needed to use our insurance, it was simple to make a claim and payment was forthcoming soon after this despite being in lockdown. The FirstVet service provided as part of the insurance was amazing when we were desperate for help during lockdown. Im very happy with BBM pet insuarance becouse of how easy, fast and efficient it is. I put my claim and thought will be waiting ages, and will have to chase it as always. But it was not the case, I love how BBM update me wirh all details and claim process by text and email. Week later my claim was processed . Very easy, simple to apply, no complications. Brought by many have been fantastic with myself and my dog (male,sharpei) my boy sadly comes with issues due to his breed; ear issues and Sharpei Fever (FSF). Even though we have these issues under control, Brought by Many have always delivered when I have needed them. They have been reassuring, professional, friendly and informative. They have brilliant offers depending on what policy you have, send you useful links and emails regularly in order to help or your pets wellbeing. Brought by Many are an all round fantastic company and when people ask me about pet insurance I always recommend them!! They have been my saviour over the years.
