Great service, even during covid restrictions. I received excellent service with quick response and good communication. I had to take my dog to an emergency vet on a Sunday. Filled in claim form in using my phone which was easy and straightforward. Could easily attach relevant documents, money was in my account within a few days. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

We took out insurance with Bought by Many following a friends recommendation. We’ve since recommended to 3 different people. We’ve used the video chat with the vet twice now and she is lovely!
