Great video consult

Had a consult as part of my dogs cover. Sandy the vet was great, very thorough in his questioning and diagnosing what my dog may have but needed seeing by a vet for blood tests. I'm so glad this was available as I'd have waited till my dogs boister months away to have his problem investigated. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Best insurance company we've ever had

Signing up couldn't have been easier. They explained everything so well. We unfortunately had to make a claim almost a year into paying our premiums. The way Bought By Many handled the claim was seamless and didn't add to what was already a stressful time. We got paid out in full for the claim. We have now added our second pet to the policy. Always sorts out difficult problems

Last October our elder Dalmatian suffered a rare condition called bolt where the stomach twists. She needed a life saving operation in the middle of the night and 3 days care in vet hospital until we could get her home. Bought by Many were responsive, helped us complete all the necessary paperwork and in the end we were paid back in full. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Value for money, great cover

Bought by Many were competitive for the level of cover that they provided. Obviously having the best cover for our special puppers is important but cost is also a factor in any decision. We have had to claim on our insurance and the process was so simply and Bought by Many paid our claim within days directly to the vet. We were kept updated throughout the entire process.
