The custo,er experience is right in many ways at Bought by Many. Sales of course but on the claims side as well, because it is where it matters. Having a reliable person able to help online or over the phone in case of a pet issue with my pet is a lot more than convenient, it brings peace of mind and no roundtrip to a busy vet, and at a lower cost for BBM hopefully and for me. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

its been MORE THAN A MONTH since I made my claim for just £70 and they are still going around asking me for more things, instead of being clear from the beginning sending an email saying exactly ALL what they need and how they need it. Obviously they make this to make you feel tired about the process and delaying the refund (if they refund me at all!) Got this insurance cause they were supposed to be easy, quick and hassle free. BUT NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. I will not recommend it at all! a friend has Waggel and got her first claim resolved in the same week easily! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2020

Searching for appropriate insurance of any kind is always a painful experience, but not with Bought By Many. Their website and purchase process is wonderfully clear with an almost human like experience and their products are clearly explained allowing me to make an informed decision. Efficient and timely claims process

Made my first ever claim on pet insurance this year. The process with Bought by Many was easy, quick and painless. They kept me informed of progress regularly throughout. As I haven’t claimed on any other insurance policies before, I can’t really compare. But, there’s no doubt this was an easy and straightforward experience taking a lot of the stress out of potentially difficult situations. Reviewed on: 30th August 2020
