Brilliant customer service with clear, easily understood products

Searching for appropriate insurance of any kind is always a painful experience, but not with Bought By Many. Their website and purchase process is wonderfully clear with an almost human like experience and their products are clearly explained allowing me to make an informed decision. Efficient and timely claims process

Made my first ever claim on pet insurance this year. The process with Bought by Many was easy, quick and painless. They kept me informed of progress regularly throughout. As I haven’t claimed on any other insurance policies before, I can’t really compare. My entire experience of Bought By Many has been nothing more than exceptional, from customer services and expertise through to how quick claims are settled. I have the most comprehensive insurance available in the market and I am totally confident that BBM will take care of my beloved German Shepherd Dog for his entire life. Immediately after closing Bought by many pet insurance we received emails detailing our cover in user friendly language. Everything was clearly explained and we knew exactly what was covered and what was not covered. When we phone the response is always courteous and professional. Pre existing condition

When they know that there is a pre existing condition. They don't ask for the dogs vet medical records. I would recommend brought by many to anyone and I have. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
