Good Insurance cover, easy claims process and fair price.

I chose Bought by Many as they offer a very good level of cover at a very reasonible price. The online reviews of BBM's customer service are also excellent. I was very surprised to find a "no excess" option offered, which is great for younger pets who are more likely to have minor problems rather than serious illnesses. This is my second year of cover with BBM and I have made two claims for minor issues for my cat. In both instances the claims were incredibly easy to submit via the website and they were settled directly to me very quickly. I had pet insurance previously with a top company and BBM outcompete them. Very happy to recommend BBM to everyone. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Best pet insurance I have had

I have been with Bought by Many for a number of years, but last year I had my first claim. They were great. They dealt with it all and paid directly really fast. I have had pet insurance since 1981 and this is the best. It knocks the spots off Pet Plan. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Great insurance

only insurance I found with a reasonable policy price, with added extras for free, like 24/7 vets advice and help through an app, ive not had to use it yet , but its peace of mind knowing I have it available. Also I have the bonus of if I don't make a claim i get 20% of my policy back. No other insurances offer this. I will be sticking with these for the forcible. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2020

Great Cover and Peace of mind

Breath of fresh air

After doing the rounds with the underwriters and script reading call center staff, I received an email confirming the worst, however 1 kind minded soul went out of thier way to steer me towards Brought By Many. Half price Premiums, cash back on not claiming 12 months and the same level of cover. Add to that a proactive approach providing pet first aid courses, advice on seasonal issues affecting our pets and a 24 hr vet help line. Outstanding, in every way. Peace of mind

Bought by Many are great, the claims process is simple and stress free and they deal direct with our vet. The first vet service is really useful and they offer great value extras like the first aid course and vet box. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended to others several times.
