You'd be barking mad not to insure your pet with Bought by Many.

Have been very lucky and not had to make a claim ever. Our dog was taken very ill and was an in-patient over Easter: a very anxious time because of all the restrictions of the new lockdown restrictions. Making a claim with Bought by Many was the simplest thing ever; fill in a simple form on-line and a few days later get an email confirming payment. All things in life should be this easy! Excellent service and policies

Unfortunately we’ve had to claim as our puppy has been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia but BBM have been great throughout and made the process of claiming as painless as possible. The staff seem to genuinely understand the anguish faced by pet owners when their pets are unwell or in pain. Our pup had the required surgery and is recovering well. Would definitely recommend. My collie/cross spaniel Ruby was admitted to Lanford Hospital Bristol with a perforated colon, surgery was carried out and five days later Ruby was home.. Unfortunately complications arose and Ruby ended back in back in Bristol. Bought By Many were absoultely brilliant from the start the customer service and the constant updates were very reassuring. I had been paying over £3000 a year for my dogs insurance. BBM has saved me over £1000/year. The first claim had taken longer to be settled while health checks and reviews of my dogs medical history were carried out. Hopefully the next (if there is one) claim will be settled quicker. I was kept Informed of what was happening by email and text and the website is easy to navigate. On the whole the experience has been positive. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
