Bought By Many has an excellent claims handling procedure.

Bought By Many was new to us when we took on Honey from Guide Dogs for The Blind 2 years ago. Previously we had used PetPlan. Honey is a cross German Shepherd/Retriever and seems to have developed an allergy to grain based products. We have had ear irritation problems which have need treatment by the vet and claims have been handled efficiently. Honey is now on a grain free diet and we are hoping her problems will diminish. You'd be barking mad not to insure your pet with Bought by Many.

Have been very lucky and not had to make a claim ever. Our dog was taken very ill and was an in-patient over Easter: a very anxious time because of all the restrictions of the new lockdown restrictions. Making a claim with Bought by Many was the simplest thing ever; fill in a simple form on-line and a few days later get an email confirming payment. All things in life should be this easy! Excellent service and policies

Unfortunately we’ve had to claim as our puppy has been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia but BBM have been great throughout and made the process of claiming as painless as possible. The staff seem to genuinely understand the anguish faced by pet owners when their pets are unwell or in pain. Our pup had the required surgery and is recovering well. Would definitely recommend.
