My collie/cross spaniel Ruby was admitted to Lanford Hospital Bristol with a perforated colon, surgery was carried out and five days later Ruby was home.. Unfortunately complications arose and Ruby ended back in back in Bristol. Bought By Many were absoultely brilliant from the start the customer service and the constant updates were very reassuring. I had been paying over £3000 a year for my dogs insurance. BBM has saved me over £1000/year. The first claim had taken longer to be settled while health checks and reviews of my dogs medical history were carried out. Hopefully the next (if there is one) claim will be settled quicker. I was kept Informed of what was happening by email and text and the website is easy to navigate. On the whole the experience has been positive. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

This is the first time I’ve had to use the insurance cover, Spike has made a full recovery and my claim was settled very quickly, brilliant service. Don’t hesitate in taking out a policy, the app works brilliantly too. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
