I’ve had a few claims with BBM, and they were for quite a substantial amount Of money too unfortunately due to the type of medical attention my FBD needed. They were dealt with quickly and efficiently with no delays, and direct to the insurer. I had no forms to fill in as it was all done online by them and my veterinary practice. Really friendly bunch of people who keep you updated every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, I work for an insurance company and know first hand what it takes to make a company stand out from the rest and BBM definitely have this.
