Good Company

Good value.

Very reasonably priced

Found the website made things easy especially as I’m a technophobe was able to get a very good price for our rescue Furbaby and although haven’t made a claim I’ve got every confidence in them whenever I do need to claim and would recommend Bought by Many to anyone who’s looking for a reputable insurance company for pet insurance Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

£0 excess and still cheaper than competitors!

Haven't claimed yet, but I did lots of research and Bought by Many were still cheaper for me with a £0 excess policy than their competitors. I also like how easy it is to use online, selecting policy extras etc. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Superb

When Janie’s insurance was due for renewal I asked my many pet owning friends for their recommendations. Bought by Many was mentioned by several and I applied for a quotation online. the process was incredibly simple and user friendly and I went ahead with the cover. Documents were supplied instantly by email. Within a few weeks Janie tested my faith by helping herself to a cereal bar containing raisins which are toxic to dogs. An emergency trip to the vet left us a few £ lighter but Bought by Many processed and paid the claim without a quibble, just a simple check with my vets. Unfair and unjust treatment

My dog has serious allergies which you should be covering, but your company has decided to tell me that it is a pre-existing condition, you asked me to get my veg to explain to you that it wasn’t, which they did and you told me that what they say doesn’t matter and you still believe it to be a pre existing thing. So I am now trying to battle further with you to get my money back. I am also now trapped with you as my insurer because if I leave and join someone new it will be a pre existing thing and I won’t get coverage. I feel like I have been conned and it is now taking me over 3 months to sort out what I am legally entitled too. Next step will be court so see you there Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

From Bought by Many you will be left alone with a problem , be it small or large . Excellent communication and understanding of the problem. Very good cooperation with the veterinary office .
