Simple and easy

After the free month's insurance provided by the re homing ran out, we looked to continuing insuring him with them, less of a faff, but we discovered that they would no-longer cover preexisting conditions, it was also dreadfully complicated setting the insurance up and the staff unhelpful. Could not have been anymore different with Bought By Many. Wonderful, friendly staff, simple process and the perfect plan suitable for the life of our cat. I have already made use of FirstVet which was a boon of our plan. All in all, i have recommended Brought By Many already to my friends and will continue to do so with confidence. How it should be

Fed up with Pet Insurance cover being hiked for no good reason other than age. Lured in by discount first year and then massive increases. Changed to Bought by Many who gave me money back last year as a no claims bonus. Love it! Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Best pet insurance EVER !,,

I’ve been with Bought by many for a couple of years , however a year ago I adopted a dogue de Bordeaux from a rescue in wales , she was terrified of everything, 10 days into adopting her she had double pneumonia, and had to be hospitalised for nearly two weeks the price of the First scans etc were covered by Myself for the first fourteen days , then Bought by many paid from the 14th day , my vet was impressed and now recommends to anyone who asks about pet insurance , I’ve now claimed for another surgery and have no problem in recommending BBM as the staff are excellent and they’ve paid out every time with no problems at all and the insurance only increased by £20 Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Good customer service

Have had to change my address twice since having pet insurance with bought by many, both times it has been delt with quickly and easily and was not charged to change the address. There were changes in prices but these reflected on the area we were living in and distance from London. So far I have been happy with the cover I have had, but have not needed to claim through them yet. Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Bought by many have been the most fantastic insurer for my three year old French Bulldog, the best part is they have a digital veterinary service with unlimited video consultations. It saves so much money that would otherwise be wasted visiting our practice. Highly recommend this company to any and all dog owners! Thanks! Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

As a new dog owner it is crucial that I choose the best, and most appropriate insurance for my bulldog, but there is so many out there it was confusing. The team at Bought By Many were so helpful and friendly in answering all of my questions and explaining the differences between covers. I found this so helpful to make an informed choice.
