I have had to claim on my pet insurance a number of times. The customer service has been professional and efficient. Payment has always been timely with no quibbles. Why go anywhere else? One low excess payment per year. Sympathetic, efficient call handlers.Paid bills in full ,no problem.No form filling ,all done electronically with the Vet.email every month to remind that direct debit is being deducted. Have made several claims but my premium has gone down.I wish all insurance was as good as this. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

This insurance covers everything at a cost that doesn’t break the bank. Although I haven’t had to use it the knowledge that my pets are covered to a high level is very reassuring and you get the added bonus of an online vet for any queries. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Best dog insurance out there

Initial premium was the most competitive when we took it out for our cocker puppy. In the first year though we had to make several claims due to various mishaps, one resulted in physio and hydro therapy so we dreaded the next years renewal. We needn't have worried though as it didn't increase and the same this year.
